It is your responsibility to download your purchased products promptly. We recommend backing up your downloads, as access links may expire after a reasonable period.

3. License

Upon purchase, Wealth Realm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the digital products you have purchased. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the products with third parties in their original or modified form.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property itself. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Wealth Realm.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, a leading payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Key terms:

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • All charges are one-time payments unless explicitly stated as a subscription or recurring charge.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
  • Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. To request a refund, please reach out via Instagram DM @_wealth.realm_ and include your order confirmation or email address used during purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. This guarantee does not apply to free products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Wealth Realm or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Wealth Realm name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wealth Realm. You may not use any of these without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site. Specifically, you may not:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Wealth Realm shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
